No, we do not only produce the products shown on this website. We can develop and manufacture various kinds of cosmetic products (handmade soap, essential oil, hydrosol, skin care, cleansing, mask, shampoo…). You can choose from our 3000 formulas or make your own custom formula with us.

Yes, the packaging you can see on the product pages are only examples among almost limitless other options. Depending of the type of product, we can propose you PE, PET, acrylic, glass jars/tubes/bottles. And then we’ll add your own logo on it.

Our laboratory and factory are located in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province which is well-known in China as the “Kingdom of plants”. Thanks to this location, we can benefit from the biggest Aloe Vera plantation in Asia. It is certified organic by USDA and ECOCERT, and it grows right on our doorstep. Yes, we can offer semi-manufactured products sold in bulk, and even raw materials as we grow our own plantations for plants such as Aloe Barbadensis and SanQi (Panax notoginseng).

As a manufacturer, our production cost varies depending on the price of raw materials you will choose. Therefore, finished-products prices are subject to change. The choice of a customized formula and packaging will also influence the final price as each product is unique. Our MOQs (Minimum Order Quantity) are mostly determined by the equipment we will be using for your product. We strive to offer small volumes to make it easier for new brand owners to get started and build trust before moving to bigger orders. For more details you can check our article about MOQs.

Yes, we provide samples upon request. We will charge them at first, but they will be refunded to you when you place an order. We ask our customers to pay for the air express shipping fee (DHL, UPS…). If you need more samples after your order is confirmed, during the manufacturing, we will provide them for free.

In most cases, we require T/T payment. A 50% deposit needs to be transfered when ordering, and balance before departure of the goods.
