How to use it this soap ?

After moistening your face or your body with water, take the soap and rub it until a thick foam appears, then massage gently for 1 to 2 minutes, and finally rinse with clean water

Any special precautions to take ?

Store in a high place, out of reach of children. Do not eat.

Does Bainilan only produce soap ?

No, we do not only manufacture soap but also many other kinds of cosmetic products (hydrosol, essential oil, skin care, cleansing, mask, aloe vera gel, shampoo…). You can choose from our 3000 formulas.

Is it possible to change the shape that I see on the picture ?

Yes, the shape you can see on this page is only an example among almost limitless other options. We can manufacture tailor-made moulds with your own logo in 3D lettering or any other design and use them to produce your soaps. Then, we also have different options for your packaging (environment-friendly wrapping paper, box, etc.).

Where are you ?

Our laboratory and factory are located in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province which is well-known in China as the “Kingdom of plants”. You will find a Google map on our contact page.

Can we buy semi-manufactured products here ?

Yes, we can offer semi-manufactured products sold in bulk, and even raw materials as we have our own plantations. Thanks to our location and our cooperation with local farmers, we also have access to one of the best honey available in Asia.

How much does it cost ?

As a manufacturer, our production cost varies depending on the price of raw materials you will choose. Therefore, finished-products prices are subject to change. The choice of a customized formula and packaging will also influence the final price as each soap is unique. Discounts will be offered based on order quantities, and we will always offer you the best deal.

What is your MOQ for this product ?

For soaps, our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is 40 kilograms. Depending on your choice of packaging, this will translate into a certain amount of pieces. For more details you can check our article about MOQs.

Can you provide samples ?

Yes, we provide samples upon request. We charge them at first, but they will be refunded to you when you place an order. We ask our customers to pay for the air express shipping fee (DHL, UPS…). If you need more samples after your order is confirmed, during the manufacturing, we will provide them for free.

What are your payment terms ?

In most cases, we require T/T payment. A deposit needs to be transfered when ordering, and balance before departure of the goods.
