Her primary responsibility is the management of cosmetics OEM/ODM contract manufacturing projects. Her work includes pre-market product registration/filing, monitoring of adverse reactions during product distribution, and preparation of annual product reports.

She has extensive experience in the regulatory filing process, including technical documentation preparation, selection of certified testing laboratories, cosmetic safety assessment report preparation, and product efficacy claim strategy and supporting documentation.

She works closely with clients to develop practical regulatory and compliance solutions, ensuring that products meet Chinese and International cosmetic regulatory requirements and can enter the market efficiently.

Graduated from Kunming University in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Chemistry. After graduation, she joined Yunnan Bainilan Bio-Resource Development Co., Ltd.

Her main responsibility is quality management in cosmetic production. She is experienced with cosmetic product testing equipment and laboratory instruments and is familiar with the inspection methods and regulatory standards for finished product release testing.

Her work includes the implementation and operation of the company’s cosmetic production quality management system. She oversees key quality control points throughout the manufacturing process, including materials, personnel, production environment, and equipment management.

She has also participated in the drafting of several company technical standards.

Her professional certifications include Junior Cosmetic Inspector, Senior Food Testing Technician, and National Computer Rank Examination Level 2 Certificate.

She joined Yunnan Bainilan Bio-Resource Development Co., Ltd. in 2019. Her main responsibility is the research, training, and internal supervision of cosmetic production regulations.

She has participated in multiple training programs organized by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and is familiar with Chinese cosmetic regulatory requirements.

Her work also covers cosmetic packaging materials management. She has strong experience in the evaluation, selection, and coordination of packaging suppliers, including paper boxes, labels, inner bags, bottles, and other packaging components. She develops packaging material solutions based on client requirements.

She also has practical experience in cosmetics e-commerce circulation, including operations planning, logistics coordination, and advertising support.

Additional expertise includes procurement quantity control, safety stock management, and supply chain safety during product distribution.

Her main responsibility is technical R&D for handmade soaps and aromatherapy products.

She has participated in the development and production of products such as Yunnan Baiyao handmade soaps and MUJI aromatherapy essential oil series.

She independently established and implemented the cold process soap manufacturing process. She has extensive experience in the application of natural oils and natural fragrance materials.

She also has practical experience in on-site production management, material release control, and supplier evaluation within cosmetic manufacturing.

He has more than 15 years of experience in cosmetics production management. His main responsibility is the overall management of cosmetic manufacturing operations.

He has participated in multiple professional trainings on Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPC) and production safety management.

His work focuses on the implementation of GMP standards in the production process. This includes management and control of raw materials, auxiliary materials, equipment, personnel, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.

He has extensive experience in manufacturing cost control, environmentally responsible production practices, hazardous chemical management, production safety, and personnel health protection.

He is also experienced in supplier evaluation for production materials and regularly exchanges production management experience with partner clients to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing standards.

He graduated in 2006 from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a Master’s degree in Bioengineering. He has completed official training for the qualification of Cosmetic Quality and Safety Responsible Person.
